PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY

The session includes a minimal of one hour unlimited coverage in one location of your choice.  The portrait collection is professional edited before being uploaded to a private online proofing gallery for your viewing pleasure. DO YOU TRAVEL FOR PORTRAIT SESSIONS?
YES! Gretchen Sechler loves new adventures and would be happy to join you in any city, state, or country to document your special day.  No travel fees will apply to the Denver Metro area and it's surrounding mountain communities.  

HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PORTRAIT STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?
Adventurous, Natural, Artistic, Photojournalist, & Fun.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
Canon! My gear includes Professional-grade Canon bodies, leses, and external lighting equipement. 

HOW MANY HOURS OF COVREAGE WILL WE NEED?
Gretchen allows for at least one hour of portrait for most sessions. This is a perfect amount of time to capture candid and posed images.  

HOW MANY IMAGES COMES IN THE COLLECTION?
Gretchen produces approxiamelty 40 images per each hour of coverage. 

WHEN DO WE GET TO SEE OUR PORTRAIT COLLECTION? 
There is a 2-3 week turnaround time to cull and professional edit the portrait collection. Gretchen Sechler will send you an email invitation to access your online gallery. The gallery is password protected and has a secure shopping cart for ordering prints if you wish. 

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR FINAL IMAGES? 
The wedding collection is available for download in three various file sizes via the the online gallery: Original, High-resolution, and Web. 

DO WE RECEIVE RIGHTS TO THE IMAGES? 
The client will receive personal print and sharing rights only.  Gretchen Sechler retains all copyright to all images and may use any image for promotional and advertising purposes without the client's written consent.

WHAT TYPE OF ALBUMS DO YOU OFFER?
Gretchen Sechler creates Custom Signature Flush Mount Albums by Album Epoca out of Italy. There are no borders or mattes like you would find with traditional albums and have a more modern look to the album.  The client caliborates with Gretchen to finalize the layout and design of the album.

HOW DO WE BOOK WITH YOU?
Gretchen Sechler requires a signed contract along with the session fee at the time of booking.  Gretchen accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

CAN YOU HOLD MY PORTRAIT SESSION DATE?
Gretchen Sechler does not hold dates and accept bookings on a first come first served basis.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Because the session fee guarantees that I hold your date exclusively for you and turn down all other commissions for that date, the session fee is non-refundable.  However, Gretchen is happy to reschedule your event if possible. 

CAN YOU HELP US DECIDE ON A LOCATION FOR OUR PORTAIT SESSION?
All portrait sessions are photographed in the client’s home or outdoor in nature. Gretchen Sechler has photographed all Colorado and is happy to recommend location options depending on your style. 

WHAT DO I WEAR FOR MY PORTRAIT SHOOT?
Once we have selected the location, time and date for your shoot, Gretchen is happy to schedule a wardrobe consultation over the phone.

Your investment for family portrait collection start at $350.  The session includes 1-hour of unlimited coverage in a location of your choice.   The portrait collection is professional edited before being uploaded to a private web gallery for 60 day viewing pleasure. The portrait collection is available for download in multiple file sizes, along with personal client print rights.
